A free igtrackr account gives you 3 profile analyses a day, one run of every tool and 1 tracked profile — no card, no Instagram login. Pro and Agency are for daily volume, more tracking and API access. That's the whole pitch.
What we do
igtrackr is a web tool that reads public Instagram data and turns it into things creators and brand teams actually want — engagement rate vs niche benchmark, recent follows, hashtag reach, posting cadence, audience snapshot. A free account gets one run of every tool and 3 profile analyses a day, for any public handle. No Instagram login, no app.
We use the public Instagram data layer that Meta itself publishes. We don't scrape behind login walls, we don't view private profiles, we don't buy or sell follower lists. If a vendor claims any of those, they're either lying about the data or violating Meta's terms — both are red flags.
Where free isn't enough — bulk daily lookups, scheduled tracking, white-label PDF reports, API access — Pro ($12/mo) and Agency ($99/mo) tiers exist. They're for users who already know they need more, not for unlocking what every other Instagram tool gives away.
Free should mean useful. A free account should be enough to check any public profile's engagement rate — no card, no Instagram login, no trial that quietly bills you.
Who's behind it
igtrackr is built by Michael, an indie engineer who got tired of every Instagram tool either charging $99/mo for a chart or being a janky Chrome extension that broke every time Meta shipped an update. We never ask for your Instagram password. Signed out, you can look at a few saved public profiles; a free account (email or Google) unlocks the analyses and tools. Pricing only matters when you outgrow the free tier.
