No password, ever. You upload the data export Instagram gives you, and it's read entirely inside your browser — the file is never sent to us or anyone else. That's the only method that can't get your account flagged, because it doesn't touch Instagram at all.
Instagram doesn't expose full follower lists to third parties anymore, and tools that claim to pull them either need your login (risky) or scrape (against Instagram's terms). Your own data export is the complete, legitimate source for your own account.
Compare two exports over time: anyone in your older followers list who's missing from a newer one unfollowed you. From a single export we show who doesn't follow you back right now, which is what most people are really after.
