At a glance
igtrackr is a public-data Instagram analytics tool. Use it for any lawful purpose. Don't try to view private accounts (it won't work), don't use it to harass anyone, and don't resell raw outputs. Free tier is best-effort uptime; Pro and Agency have SLA terms in the subscription.
The service
igtrackr provides an analytics tool for tracking public Instagram accounts. We make a best effort to keep the service available and accurate. We don't guarantee uptime on the free tier. Pro and Agency subscriptions include SLA terms described at checkout.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. One human per account. You're responsible for all activity under your login. If your account is compromised, email us and we'll reset access.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape igtrackr for ML training datasets
- Resell or redistribute raw API outputs
- Use the service to stalk, dox, or harass any individual
- Bypass plan limits via multiple accounts
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-public endpoints
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We will tell you why, and you can appeal.
Subscriptions and refunds
Pro and Agency subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months (industry standard).
If there's a bug we can't fix within 7 days of you reporting it, email us and we'll refund the affected period.
Liability
igtrackr depends on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Meta's public Instagram data and the Instagram data API we use to access it). We aren't liable for outages or behavior changes in those providers, including if Meta restricts API access to Instagram.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. This isn't a clever lawyer trick — it's standard SaaS-industry practice for services in our price range. For details on the data we collect and store, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll email registered users at least 30 days before the change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes that can't be resolved by direct conversation will be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore.
